You will receive a high quality piece of jewelry created meticulously by hand. Only the best quality materials from all around the world are used and all elements used in our jewelry are checked for flaws at the time of creation. Please check your jewelry as soon as you receive it and let us know within 2 days if there is a defect. Return the product to us and we will replace it.

If you accidentally break your jewelry, we will gladly make the repair at a reasonable cost if the damaged crystal or stone is available. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Return Policy

RVG Original Designs jewelry are one of a kind or limited edition, therefore they are returnable within 5 days for a full refund except shipping cost, if the jewelry is in its original, unused condition and all tags are attached. Any special orders are not returnable for refund or exchange. Contact me if you have any questions.

How to Care

The crystals and the stones used in our jewelry are sensitive. Please do not mix with other jewelry as they may scratch or chip. All of Roula's Original Designs are shipped in a beautiful jewelry box. It is suggested that you store your jewelry in this original box in order to protect it.
